To ensure your holiday
is as affordable and flexible as possible our prices are on a per night basis and include maid service and use of the car and driver. You'll have exclusive use of all the villa facilities and pool.
Over Christmas & New Year, Chinese New year & Easter we ask for a minimum stay of 5 nights, whilst the rest of the year we require a minimum stay of 3 nights. For larger parties please contact us for up to date quotes or regarding our 'long stay' discounts, monthly specials and last minute bookings.
Payments and terms and conditions.
We accept payment in Hong Kong Dollars and GBP. Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer & PAYPAL
Please note that a 40% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure all bookings with the full non-refundable balance payable 14 days before your arrival.
Car and fuel.
Airport transfers are included in the rental although addition fuel charges are on our guests own account.
PLEASE NOTE although the villa can accommodate up to 14 people during stays, larger groups of 8 people or more would require the rental of an additional car so that your group can travel comfortably.
The villa driver is the only person insured to drive the villa car and refilling the petrol tank is required by guests on excursions.
